Ashley, BSN, RN is the founder of Maven Haus and the woman behind everything this collective stands for. A military veteran turned Registered Nurse, she built this space on one belief: that everyone deserves to feel heard in the treatment chair. She specializes in precision-based injectables, and she will always give you the honest truth about what you actually need.

What does she do when she's not at the Haus? (hobbies, mom life, etc.)
When I’m not at Maven Haus, you’ll usually find me chasing around my son Carson, dreaming up new business ideas, spending time with my family, or convincing myself I don’t need another home project. I love country music, a good suspense show, and anything that gets me outside of work mode for a little while (which admittedly isn’t often).
What is your favorite snack/ drink order or restaurant?
A black tea lemonade with 4 stevias from Starbucks. If I’m feeling like I need extra motivation to answer emails, train staff, see clients, and run a business, make it an iced sugar-free vanilla latte. ☕️✨As for food, if someone else is making dinner, I’m happy. If it were up to me after a long day at the med spa, DoorDash would probably know me by name. I love going out to eat but have to check myself and my restaurant budget lol
What's her go-to self-care ritual?
My favorite form of self-care is my nighttime skincare routine after my toddler is finally asleep and the house is quiet. It’s one of the few moments of the day that are completely mine. I also make it a priority to get a monthly facial—not just to keep my skin healthy, but because it’s one uninterrupted hour where I can completely disconnect from the world and recharge.
What's something people would be surprised to know about you?
People are usually surprised to learn that I’m an RN with a military police background… and that despite running a med spa and being a nurse, I still Google and chat gpt things at midnight. like every other mom.
