Yes! We offer plenty of free, worry-free parking right outside our location, making your visit as convenient and stress-free as possible.

Your first visit includes a discussion of your goals, medical history, and treatment options. We believe in education, transparency, and creating a plan that aligns with your desired outcome.

In many cases, yes. We can discuss combination treatments during your consultation to maximize results and convenience.

Please let us know before your appointment. Certain treatments may not be recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and we'll help determine what's appropriate for you.

To respect our providers' time, appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Memberships

All Maven Haus memberships include monthly banked credit that may be applied toward eligible Maven Haus services. That’s right, all your membership fees go directly towards your treatments.

Yes. Banked credit rolls over month-to-month as long as your membership remains active.

Banked credit does not expire while your membership is active. Upon cancellation, remaining credit must be used within 90 days.

Banked credit may be applied toward most Maven Haus aesthetic and wellness services and eligible retail. Credits may not be used toward services provided by independent professionals within the collective.

Yes. All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment before converting to month-to-month.

Memberships may be canceled after the initial term with written notice. The current month’s fee is non-refundable and credits in account must be used within 90 days. Banked credits in account are not refundable for cash value.

Society memberships include one monthly IV or facial. If unused, the payment remains as banked credit to use towards any treatment, but the service does not roll over.

No. Memberships, banked credit, and included services are non-transferable.

Members receive one waived late cancellation, reschedule, or no-show fee per calendar year.

Legacy Member status is a private, invitation-only recognition extended to a limited group of long-standing clients who supported Maven Haus prior to its official opening. Legacy Members enroll in one of the standard memberships and receive additional first-year benefits. Legacy benefits follow the same policies outlined above and do not include lifetime or permanent pricing.
