"A quad shot iced vanilla bean latte with a little extra vanilla from Attalus, or the blue sky matcha from Enjoy.It’s heaven. For snacks I'm a fire craft hot dog girl or honestly, 7-11 taquitos, no shame! And Rosemary's Cafe is my number one, I'll find any excuse to go. I love local spots and I know everyone, so it's basically my social hour."

What does self-care actually look like for you?

"Acupuncture, massage, sunshine on my face first thing in the morning, and grounding when I can. But my favorite recommendation? Real solo time: not errands, not tasks. Intentional time doing something you love. I'll take myself out to dinner alone and it is the most powerful recharge. It's the best."
