She’s our Client Experience Coordinator, but what you might not know is that she's also a licensed aesthetician with a lifelong passion for skin health and a genuine gift for making every client feel at ease. Whether she's checking you in or treating your skin in the room, Nicole brings the same calm, positive energy to everything she does. What do you do when you're not at the Haus?

"You can usually find me reading biographies, doing some kind of arts and crafts project, or just hanging out with my kids. I love traveling anywhere tropical, and I'm a big nature and animal lover. I think that calm, grounded energy follows me into work every day too."

What do you love most about working with clients?

 "I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and creating a real experience, not just a transaction. Helping someone feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, whether that's at the front desk or in the treatment room, is something I don't take for granted."
